Tuck Shops
Nac-sats generally intends to:
1. To improve the working conditions and general hygiene in all the shops and reduce, do away (get rid of) all expired food items, xenophobic attacks, businesses robberies, shop looting and human trafficking.
2. Establishing corrective actions to prevent the spread of crime, violence and the loss of lives unnecessarily because of non-compliance, ignorance and unsafe food.
3. Monitoring(do inspection) in all shops, evaluate, profile, database shops in order to ensure and maintain that all shops operating within the perimeters of the Republic of South Africa operate within the legal prescripts.
4. Shops selling counterfeit and expired goods is a very serious concern to us, and such can never be tolerated under no circumstances, and shall be attended to with no fear and favor. In the interest of the organization, citizens and everyone living within the borders of the Republic of South Africa, caring for the good health of the nation.
Street Vendors
Nac-sats provides support platform to Street Vendors and assist with complains and dispute. We also regulate, monitor, evaluate, and enforce compliance.
Landlords
1. The concern and issues involving both the landlords and tenants regarding their rental conduct, behavior and rental matters including legitimate lease agreement contracts, shall also be a top priority to us in order to resolve the hanging and outstanding unresolved rental issues fairly so based on the terms and conditions of the original lease agreements.
2. Resolving and settling disputes rising between members themselves and/also as tenants themselves versus their landlords, and community and workers before the matter could go to the police or court.
