About Company

Nac-sats is a well established, legit and active structure of its own kind as the "key organization" (a mother body) that will monitor, evaluates, quantifies (database) and enforce compliance to all its members nationwide, being tuck-shops, street vendors and and their landlords.

Nac-sats is now existing to give communities and societies a great freedom and relief from complains, burdens and cruel acts of spaza shops, street vendors and their landlords unresolved issues. Now everyone in South Africa will know exactly as to where to report "abo my friend" (e.g place/offices) where such complains and dispute can be directed/reported to 24/7 and 365 days of the year for solutions and remedy.

Nac-sats is creating an open membership or affiliation platform for the local citizens as tuck-shop owners, street vendors and for the borders of the Republic of South Africa.

What We Do

Nac-sats represent and negotiate on behalf of its members with communities, organizations, and authorities in matters affecting their interest. 

Semi-formalizing these small businesses and/by transforming conflicts, bringing about justice, unity, socio economic development, peace, and stability between citizen local shop operators and foreign shop operators.

Quantifying, developing statistics and database of tuck shops and street vendors, screening and verifying their identity, stuff and workers in all their working places and whenever possible obtain a background information, including criminal background and to check if appropriate and legal.   

Assigning management responsibility, asses security procedure, prepare a strategy, plan emergency response, promote awareness to the public members, to our staff and prepare a communication plan for all members. Furthermore assists and provide some data with any and all  relevant and valued government departments or structures we interact with.
